What is a virtual assistant?

A virtual assistant is a self-employed worker who specializes in offering administrative services to clients from a remote location, usually a home office. Because a virtual assistant is a freelancer, they are an expense for your business, but NOT an employee. This gives you the freedom to expand and grow your business without needing to take on additional employees.

So How does it work?…

  • Step 1 - Reach out

    Schedule a free 30 minute consultation call. During this call, we will discuss your business needs and how a virtual assistant could help streamline your business systems and manage those tasks that you know need to be done, but you just don’t enjoy doing.

  • Step 2 - Consultation Meeting

    In our meeting, we will discuss your business and what needs you have. What are your business goals? What tasks do you need help with? What tasks do you see as chores that you could have someone else take over for you? We will have a free flowing discussion to see how best I can serve you as a virtual assistant.

  • Step 3 - The Proposal

    After our meeting, I’ll send you a proposal. In this proposal will be the work we discussed, the timeline for the project or recurring projects, as well as rates and package options.

  • Step 4 - Contract, Invoice, and Welcome Packet

    Once you’ve accepted the proposal and chosen a package, I will create a contract to send your way for signing. I use Dropbox sign for all my contracts. Once a contract is signed, I’ll send over an invoice for the work through Stripe payments and email you a welcome packet. The welcome packet will include such information as how to get ahold of me, what my office hours are, and when you can expect updates from me on your project.

  • Step 5 - The Work Begins!

    Once the invoice is paid, I’ll begin work right away!
